ATL Furnished Rental Arbitrage Opportunity (MTR or STR)

Offering a furnished Atlanta 4/2 home for rental aribtrage. Prime ITP location. Walking distance to Tyler Perry studios and one block from MARTA station.

Previous arbitrage tenant ran an Airbnb with great success. Would love to keep it furnished and running with the right host, otherwise it will go back to being a traditional rental.
