looking for a mentore

I've done some market research, analysis, and other proactive steps for investing in real estate - including a successful first flip on a home. However, I'm ready to scale and get to a point of doing this full time. That being said, I'm looking for a mentor or someone to help guide me regarding financial advice, planning before scaling, investor connections...etc. Any recommendations or connections would be greatly appreciated.
