Tenant Died & left me 26 Turtles

This one time I had a tenant die in my apartment building. A tenant dying in their landlord's building is not all that weird, it happens more than you would think. However, this particular tenant left me with 26 turtles to deal with. This wouldn't have happened to me if I would have just invested my money in a Stairway Loan Account that pays me an 8% interest rate. If you are tired of dealing with problem tenants, check out Stairway Invest to learn more about passively earning money through a Stairway Loan Account.
