Quick update on an Oregon Coast STR client with a live AirBNB listing a little over six months that is on pace to exceed pro forma projections of 10%+ of valuation. 

This was an optimal vacation rental prospect that was professionally designed (by my fiancé). The home closed for +/- $750k and is 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps eight.

The property is already a guest favorite due to its oceanview, larger footprint, impressive sun room (with hot tub) and decor.
