$20-$25 Hour – part time contract – remote position
Seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Manager to support a busy real estate professional with a growing portfolio of properties, including short-term rentals. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential documents with a high level of discretion
- Shop for and review insurance policies
- Reconcile rent payments from tenants and platforms
- Verify invoices with service providers and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with accounting departments regarding expenses and financial reports
- Manage short-term rental issues, including guest concerns and insurance claims
- Prepare regular reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed
- Assist with personal and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to work independently
