Campground sale advise

I am trying to help a family member with the sale of their small campground in Maine.  They have not had luck with finding the right listing agent that knows how to market a campground.  It is a great property, 24 acres, 4 cabins (3 year round, 1 seasonal), outdoor wedding venue, bath house, A-frame home and 2 barns.  Where can I direct them to list this property - they have been wasting lots of time entertaining buyers that don't know the dynamics of financing a campground and are looking for an agent that knows how to vet potential buyers.   Not sure this is the right forum category to post in, but I had to start somewhere!!
