A big thing that I've been sharing lately on social media is the importance Capital, Strategy, and Operations for real estate investing. In this video I dig into the Capital piece again. Specifically, what I do when I take money from an investor or individual to place or invest into real estate.

🚀 If you're ready to level up your real estate game with other people's money then you'll absolutely want to tune in to this video. I break down how I’ve used capital to invest—either by borrowing from individuals or companies or by partnering with other investors. 💰

I’ll walk you through the must-knows: how much capital is available, the costs and terms of using it, and why safety and security matter when placing that money. 🏠 We’ll explore short-term loans—whether it's private money or hard money—and some of the fine print & things to consider before signing. ⚠️

Then, I’ll dive into joint venture partnerships, whether leveraged with a mortgage or not, and how to more efficiently grow your portfolio. 📈 Spoiler: I’m a huge fan of good, long-term debt. Plus, I’ll drop some wisdom on knowing where your partner’s or lender’s money comes from and avoiding pitfalls. 🙌

📚 It's important to do your homework and do your own research. As part of that I give a big shoutout to one of my favorite mentors and recommend another great advisor for private capital. Both of these gentleman have books and programs to help you succeed more rapidly, if you so choose.

Plug in and stay connected as a I drop content regularly. If you're serious about it or want to learn more about placing capital more strategically and passively in the Kansas City market then I'm your guy. Tap in with me if you'd like to schedule a phone call, in-person appointment, or strategy session. 🚀
