New Member Looking for Connections and Mentors
Hello everyone! I just joined the BiggerPockets forum and have been listening to the podcasts and read a few of Brandon Turner's books. I know the majority of the basics and a lot of the tax workarounds already as a big part of my degree in Finance was Real Estate Finance. I am 22 and looking to purchase my first owner-occupied rental property next year. I would appreciate some tips on exploring various opportunities and evaluating them effectively. I just moved to the Tampa, Florida area and would love to explore the possibilities here!
