Hartford Tenant Cuts Landlord's Head Off with a Samurai Sword

Jerry David Thompson was arrested by the Hartford, Connecticut Police department for allegedly decapitating his landlord Victor King with a Samurai Sword over an unpaid rent dispute. Having your rental property trashed by horrible tenants sucks. Not getting paid rent by deadbeat tenants sucks. Evictions suck. However, having your damn head cut off by your tenant really takes the cake. This wouldn't have happened if Victor would have just invested his money in a Stairway Loan Account that pays him an 8% interest rate. If you are tired of dealing with problem tenants, call Stairway Invest to learn more about passively earning money through a Stairway Loan Account.
