Loan backed by inheritance property

Allison Smith
Posted

My name is Allison Smith, and I am currently a named beneficiary in an estate that is in probate. I’m seeking a short-term loan or advance secured by my inheritance share, which is expected to be distributed once the probate process is complete.

Here are some quick details:

- Loan Amount Requested - $10,000

- Probate Location: Texas, Montgomery County

- Estimated Inheritance Value:

Property a - $140,000

Property b - $200,000

- Probate Case Number: 25-48057P

- My Role: Beneficiary (not executor), but I have filed the paperwork to be administrator.

- Type of Assets Inherited: Cash, property

- Timeline for Probate Completion: 6 to 9 months

I’m looking for either:

- A probate loan secured by my future distribution, or

- A non-recourse inheritance advance, depending on your structure.

If this is something your company or network provides, I would greatly appreciate more information about terms, application requirements, and timelines. I'm open to speaking with an underwriter or funding specialist to explore whether this opportunity would be a good fit.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Best regards,

Allison Smith
