Hi everyone,

My partner and I are building a real estate portfolio focused on small multifamily properties (duplexes, triplexes, etc.) in Upstate New York.

We’re looking to purchase 2–3 multifamily properties this year, and continue acquiring 2–3 each year moving forward. Our goal is to build a strong long-term partnership with a buyer’s agent who understands investment real estate and is highly knowledgeable about these local markets.

What we’re looking for:

• An investor-friendly agent familiar with multifamily rentals

• Experience in Upstate NY markets with an eye for value-add and cash-flowing properties

• Comfortable working with out-of-town buyers (we live in NYC)

• Someone who wants to build a long-term business relationship — we plan to close multiple deals per year

We have our LLCs, financing, and systems already in place, and are ready to move quickly on the right opportunities.
