Dallas Development Opportunity — Investor Partner Wanted for Ground-Up Residential Bu

Hey BiggerPockets community,

We’re a team of four motivated investors, pooling our resources to launch our first project together. While three of us are new, one partner has past real estate experience, and we’re all fully invested — literally. We’re acquiring a residential lot in a fast-growing part of Dallas, TX using our own capital.

The location is surrounded by new development, rising comps, and increasing demand — all indicators of strong fundamentals. Our plan is to develop residential housing on the lot and sell upon completion.

We’re currently seeking a capital partner or private investor to fund the construction and build costs. In return, we’re open to discussing:

  • Profit-sharing structure on the resale
  • A secured, short-term investment backed by the land and project
  • Collaboration with transparency and shared decision-making

We’ve already run initial numbers, studied the area’s comps, and begun lining up our build strategy. The goal is a streamlined exit with shared upside — and we’re looking to connect with someone who sees the potential and wants to move with us.

If you’ve worked on similar projects, or are looking for boots-on-the-ground partners in Dallas, let’s connect. We’d love to share the plan and explore how this could be a win-win.

Thanks in advance,
Cameron
