Looking for partners to finance STR JV in Miami area

I am looking for JV partner(s) to invest in and run short-term rentals in the Miami area.

Besides the usual draw, Miami hosts 2026 World Cup games, which means a huge spike in STR demand for the next Summer.

I underwrite three deals from motivated sellers with a good estimate on a value appreciation and a cash flow.
