Looking for a buyer for rental property with a renter
My name is Pierrette Paul. I am a renter living in a rental property in Eugene, OR. Owner wants to sell the property and I do not want to move. I am looking for a buyer for rental property with a tenant. I currently pay $1995.00 a month. Would like to find a buyer that could offer lower rent and I will be responsible for repair & maintenance. I will collect the receipts and give them to the owner for their files.
