New Agent in Metro Area Maryland - Looking for a mentor/partner

Hey All,

I recently got my MD RE license in January of 2024, was laid off of my FT in July of 2024 and have since been building my business as a full time agent. I have yet to secure a deal and these market conditions are not making it any easier, but I am still working!

Once upon a time I was here, around 2013 or so looking into wholesaling and birddogging, so it's fitting I've come full circle and become an agent. This is my old profile. 😁

I attended some meetups way back when and met some people and... now I'm back.

I am currently on a real estate team and brokered through RE/MAX Ikon, but I'm looking for a mentor/partner to learn my way around the investment side of real estate. I am more than willing to pour in whatever value I can offer as an agent, but also as someone who is hungry to succeed and help people. My main reason for getting my license was to help people, particularly people who don't know about real estate and the wealth building opportunities it can provide and to be transparent, of course to make money as well.

There is potential property right in my neighborhood and have already done some preliminary due diligence on it, but it's ambitious and I know I'd be in over my head pursuing it myself. I could use some experience and wisdom on my side.

Let's connect!
