Attorney Referral For Investment Documents

Bay Management Group is buying single-family rental properties with money from friends and family, and now we're moving to passive investors. Standard GP/LP stuff.

We're looking for an attorney experienced in real estate investments with passive partners. We need help drafting all the necessary paperwork, like operating agreements, subscription agreements, and any required disclosure documents (like a PPM), anything a GP / LP style fund needs to stay in compliance.

Any recommendations for an attorney who does this work?
