We have a team of experienced real estate professionals in place to select , secure and operate multiple co-living properties. Looking for Investors to become equity partners in the LLC that owns the property and receive a prorated share of the projected 14.7% cash on cash returns plus tax related benefits. IF you prefer note investing only then we are open to that conversation as well. We currently have one in contract that is 75% funded and will produce $10K a month in Revenue.
