Leveraging Existing Equity/ Cross Collateralization

Safiya Graham
Posted

Hey all!

I just completed my first BRRRR looking to move onto my second property. I refinanced at a 72% LTV leaving 50k in equity in the home. I don't have a lot of cash on hand and wondered is there a way to leverage the remaining equity other than a HELOC? (I don't think that's possible due to me already having an almost 75% LTV mortgage) How can I just use the house or remaining equity as collateral? Can you provide any lenders in FL that could do something like this (local, regional, or national)
