Looking to partner up for flips. Open to other opportunities as well. I've helped with dozens of flips (swinging the hammer and operations side). If you're looking for an operating partner or a handyman partner to do flips with, or are out of state and need boots on the ground who knows the areas and numbers, please reach out here and we can discuss details and if we're a mutual fit. 

I'm located on east side of Columbus (Heath, Newark, Granville, Buckeye Lake, Lancaster, Pataskala, etc), but am familiar and travel to surrounding Columbus areas. Open to any location, even out of state. If you're looking to expand into the Midwest, or hell, even nationwide, I'm willing to pick up and travel tomorrow and go start operations and get the ball rolling. I'm flexible and can fulfill many niches. I've lived in California off and on past 4 yrs, but I'm more so thinking of TX, AZ, UT, CO, NM. Texas has my curiosity piqued and have been talking to locals and researching.
