Hi Everyone-

This isn’t a real estate note, but I know some of you deal in unsecured paper or business notes. I’m selling a $60K unsecured promissory note (offered at $50K flat) and thought I’d share it here in case anyone is looking for yield or knows someone in the space.

I'm selling an unsecured promissory note from the sale of my wellness business.

Details:

• Face value: $60,000

• Term: 18 months

• Payment schedule: $3,000/month for 18 months, with a $6,000 balloon in month 18

• No interest

• Unsecured (no collateral), but tied to a signed business sale agreement

• No payments made to date (only down payment, which was not part of the note)

• Business is still operating under new ownership

• Note is fully documented, signed, and legally enforceable

Offering: $50,000 flat for full rights to collect.
This would be a great fit for someone experienced with collections or distressed debt.
