Seeking Experienced General Contractor - Charlotte, NC Townhome Development Projects

We’re looking to partner with an experienced General Contractor (GC) in the Charlotte, NC area to lead vertical construction for upcoming luxury townhome developments. Our first few projects will range from 3 to 10 units per site, with price points from $950K–$2M per unit.

We’re Providence Capital, a real estate development firm operating across two verticals (Residential + Commercial) with deep capital backing, a lean team of seasoned operators, and several projects already in motion. You’d be working directly with ownership.

What We’re Looking For

Licensed GC or GC team with experience in ground-up residential construction

Familiarity with townhome, infill, or small lot projects

Comfortable running lean, tight builds with high-quality finish expectations

Based in Charlotte or surrounding counties

High personal standards. Dependable and accountable

Timeline

Immediate need for a GC partner on upcoming projects (land acquisitions already in process)

Looking to build a long-term relationship, not just a one-off job
