MALIBU BEACH HOUSE seeking investor
I’m putting together a short-term rental investment opportunity for a fully renovated oceanfront duplex in Malibu. The property is approximately 3,000 sq ft and consists of two 2-bed, 2-bath units. Based on market data, it’s projected to generate $55K+ per month on Airbnb, with estimated annual revenue of $650K+ at 75% occupancy.
I’m seeking a $1M investment to complete the acquisition and renovation. In return, I’m offering:
• A 10% preferred annual return, paid monthly or quarterly from cash flow
• A 30–40% equity share in the property during the investment period
• A guaranteed buyout: I will fully buy you out within 24–36 months, returning your initial $1M investment plus a 20% gain (total $1.2M), regardless of market conditions
You’ll have:
• Passive income from a prime Malibu asset
• No operational involvement — I will manage the entire project from renovation through Airbnb operations
• A clear, contractual exit with a defined return
🛡️ Built-in Safety Net
If the short-term rental market slows, the property can also be leased furnished on a long-term basis at $30K–$55K/month, providing stable cash flow and additional downside protection.
