Tiny Home Park in Mohawk, NY

I have been advertising for a Tiny Home Park for almost 2 years now. We finally are starting with a HOA concept. We are charging $350 for a HOA on a 60 unit tiny home park. The location is breathtaken, with many wanting the tiny home park. We are also selling the tiny homes to place them on. This would be an ideal spot for an Airbnb or vacation spot. Some are choosing to live therethe full year. Whatever you may choose, we have options for everyone.
