Any private or hard money lenders, Im offering great ROI
Below is my previous post, as this international wire is being processed Tomorrow, the file was approved yesterday, and principle account holder authorized payment to our counter party, which in turn will be paying my friend, and I on commission due. Plus I have my paycheck as a fall back. Im offering 50% ROI, plus perhaps another 50% in the months ahead, as there will be a secondary, transaction but I will not need any bridge until then. I am seeking bridge as I have my daughters July 7, and July 10th car and rent issues I am helping her with, and plus helping out another party staying in a hotel, that also has a piece of this. Since I have a small monthly pay, I am willing to guarantee with my paycheck. I am seeking from $500 to $3000. Although it is assured you will be paid back in the next 7-10 days, we can write a note that I will pay $500 monthly if there is any issue at the minimum if any one is worried of my transaction.

I previously posted I was awaiting a pending closing in the weeks ahead, however today I heard the wire will be process this week.
Therefore, I am updating my offer. I am seeking a bridge from $500 to $2,000 payback with 50% ROI Immediately before July 16, and I will back it with a personal guarantee, since it is not a collateralized deal and in case after we talk that you are worried, I back it with my direct deposit monthly income, that if not paid in 2 weeks, I will provide monthly payment plan to over 100% ROI payback, within 2-5 months.
On top of this, for those that may help and align with me in future real estate endeavors, as my friend is receiving over $100,000, I will consider actually paying back 100%. (My original post was 100% but I didn't know the exact closing or if the transaction would have any issues. (There is a good chance I will have the ability to payback before the July 9th, but just being safe giving an extra week. (If anything get's delay, I can start repaying eas early as July 21.
