I'll bring you leads; just close and teach me something
My name is Mark, I’m 16 and working hard to break into real estate from the ground up ever since I was 14. I've found that while researching wholesale real estate, finding properties that were gutted out interested me and I want to hone that skill for future deals. I work on finding distressed, vacant, or absentee-owner properties and passing them to serious investors.
My style of finding properties is that I avoid major metro areas with high investor saturation (e.g., Dallas, Houston, Miami, Phoenix) and instead target small to midsize cities with stable or growing population. This may include tertiary cities in the Southeast, Midwest, or the Rust Belt and Southern towns with universities, military bases, or factories.
I’m not asking for anything upfront. I just want to build relationships, learn from the best, and prove myself through results. If you close a deal I bring you, I only ask for a $20 flat fee post-deal to help pay for subscriptions and maybe a few pointers to help me grow.
I’ll do the legwork, research, and look through Zillow, PropStream, or county data -- whatever I can access.
