Seeking a Reliable Real Estate Attorney in Massachusetts for LLC Dispute

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a reputable real estate attorney licensed in Massachusetts to help with a serious legal issue involving an LLC.

During the COVID period, I—along with 15 other members—invested in two projects led by developers. One involved purchasing a vacant industrial building to convert into an 18-unit residential development, and the other was a land development deal.

Unfortunately, both projects are now underwater. The developers moved funds between accounts, mismanaged the finances, and failed to follow key terms of the operating agreement. In short, we believe there was serious misconduct and possibly fraud.
