A new way to identify distressed properties

Hi all,

We just launched our product called Casafy AI, a property search engine that identifies properties using visual data.

We built this tool after my buddy was wholesaling on the side and ended up driving for dollars. He reached out to me and was like, “You know there is so much visual data out there, why can't we automate this process to identify every distressed property in my area?"

So we built just that.

We went to work, and after several iterations we just launched our site. Now, we are able to find properties by any condition, feature, or visual attribute, and we are not limited to distress.

However, with that being said, we built this specifically for investors, wholesalers, and anyone looking to identify distressed properties so they can target their outreach.

Here is the link to the product: www.casafy.ai

We would love to get your thoughts!

Feel free to email me as well if you have any questions
