Hello everyone, My name is Michael, I'm a designer, builder, and developer with a wide range of experience across multiple parts of the industry. 20+ years of Design (buildings, interiors, brands) & Marketing (digital & traditional), 10+ years of real estate development, background in construction and project management. 

I run a VA service for a limited roster of clients at a time. Design & Develop Properties Daily. Active SMB owner.

Mostly interested in CRE. Here to learn, and to help. NY & FL Based. 

Currently interested in networking with REIs that hold Strip Malls/Plazas and operate SMBs as Cash Flow vehicles.
