Seeking a Property Manager (and Maintenance Leads) for Our Mobile Home Park

Ben Tunkel
Posted

Hi all,
We own a mobile home park in Perkinston, Mississippi. Recently, our property manager concluded his work with us, and we’re currently operating with the help of a temporary manager — one of the tenants in the park.
We’re now actively searching for an experienced, professional property manager to take on this role. As part of the compensation package, we’ll provide one of the units on-site for them to live in.
Additionally, if you happen to have a lead on a local headhunter or recruiting service who could assist us in filling this position, we’d greatly appreciate the referral.
By the way — we’re also open to leads for a maintenance position at the park.
Thank you in advance for your help and any connections you can share!

@Ben Tunkel You may want to check with surrounding mobile home parks and mobile home dealerships to help spread the word. Also, local mobile home supply stores are also a good place to get your message around to those familiar with the industry. Hope that helps!
