Seeking GC + Realtor Referrals for Flips in Dallas–In Town 7/25–8/4 to Build My Team

I’ll be in Dallas from July 25th to August 4th specifically to scout properties and meet potential team members for my first house flip. While I’m new to flipping, I’ve done extensive research, built a realistic budget, and I’m fully committed to getting this off the ground with the right people.

I’m looking to build a solid, long-term team, ideally working with:
A General Contractor experienced in investor flips who can deliver on-time, on-budget work for homes in the $250-$320K ARV range

A Realtor or investor-friendly agent who understands what to look for in a profitable flip and can help me find, underwrite, and resell deals

The goal is to complete 1–2 flips over the next 6 months, then scale to 3–5 annually if the first projects go well. I have capital, clear intent, and a strong work ethic, I just need the right team to help execute.

If you’re a contractor, Realtor, or investor with referrals or want to connect while I’m in town, I’d love to meet for coffee, walk a property, or talk shop. Open to DMs or replies here.

Thanks in advance,
Matt
