I’m currently sourcing private and hard money lenders to help fund a few upcoming deals—including fix & flips, BRRRRs, and rental acquisitions with strong upside.

I’m looking for lenders who:
✔️ Are open to short-term or interest-only structures
✔️ Can fund investment properties based on asset value
✔️ Work in [insert your state or market]
✔️ Prefer simple, common-sense underwriting

These deals are all backed by solid numbers, and I’m open to building long-term lending relationships as I continue to scale.
