We represent the owner of the well-known Hotel in New York - a premier boutique hotel, restaurant and bar situated in a very sought-after location. It also has additional houses, land for development, a large pool and other amenities.

This turnkey business offers a seamless blend of luxury accommodations, exceptional dining, unique guest experience, immediate profitability and long-term growth.
