Looking for equity partners for my next deal

Hey guys, I've been doing low income housing/Section 8 for some time now, been getting pretty good cash flow, (500-600 per unit), but recently I've hit the classic bottleneck, funding. So I'm here to ask the group if anyone is interested in getting to know this market and partnering up to acquiring homes I would be more than welcome to acquire new partners that want to make a good return on their money while they learn the ropes on this market and them going on their own. Like I said I'm new to the group but if anyone is interested in talking I'm always open to talk about it.
