Need an equity investor & DSCR Financing

I'm looking for some good DSCR lenders, preferably local to the Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin Florida area. I'm also seeking an equity partner to raise the down payment capital of $3,500,000. I'm looking to acquire an 84 unit apartment complex with value add. I'm in the Pensacola, Florida area. Original capital for down payment to be returned to equity investor around 12-13 months for cash out refinance.

I live in the area to where this community is located. I will run and operate daily operations, manage the manager, oversee all the renovations and the construction of new building adding new units to the property. In essence, I am hands-on and will have knowledge of all the day-to-day activities.

What do you need a DSCR loan for? That is not the right product for the above-mentioned large MF. You will need bridge or agency lending depending on the current pro forma and financials. Happy to connect
