I'm Sarah Claxton — Artist, Investor, and Co-Founder of Claxton Prine Design & Claxton Prine Properties

After a decade of investing in real estate—renovating, flipping, and managing short-term rentals—I recently launched Claxton Prine Design with my husband, Eric Prine (Bigger Pockets featured real estate agent). Claxton Prine Design is a design studio that brings an investor’s mindset to interiors.

We specialize in helping other investors make smart design choices that look great and perform even better. Whether it's a flip, a STR, or a value-add reno, we focus on finishes, layouts, and furnishings that maximize ROI and appeal to your end user—buyers, renters, or guests.

I’m based in Philadelphia (Mt. Airy), where I live with my husband and our son. I come from a photography and art background, so merging design with real estate has been a natural and exciting evolution.
