New Bird Dog Using Pace Morby’s Method – Looking for Serious Buyers to Send Deals To

Hey BiggerPockets community!

I’m new to real estate investing and currently following Pace Morby’s bird dogging/referral method as I learn the ropes. I’m looking to connect with experienced investors or buyers who are actively purchasing off-market deals.

My goal is simple right now:
