Looking for Investor or Partner , Ideas – ADU Project on My Land in Falmouth, ME

Hi everyone,

I'm exploring ideas and looking for a potential investor or partner for a small ADU project in Falmouth, Maine (great location, coastal, high demand). I already own the land and am planning to build a 1-bed, 1-bath unit to operate as a short-term rental (Airbnb style).

I’m not looking for a loan, more interested in teaming up with someone who’d fund the construction and share in the rental income or equity.
