Just Starting………Seeking Investors

Hey Everyone. Just starting out. Current Focus is getting out of current career within next month. Current Focus is Birddogging for Very Active Investors in select markets:

1. Arizona
2. Nevada
3. Hawaii

What I need from a VERY Active Investor:

1. Willingness to Build a relationship
2. Ability to do 5+ Transactions per month
3. Ability to Close quickly, Within Days of receiving Deal
4. Ability to provide feedback where I can adjust what deals I present.
5. Ability to be B-C contract holder. I’m not looking to hold or assign any contract myself, just sourcing deals under contract that fit your criteria

Open to hearing other opportunities in which I may be able to bring value to your business, as long as it leads to massive traction where I can obtain my goal of switching my career. What I bring to the table:

1. Phone Skills - I DONT CARE how many No’s I get, How many people cuss me out. I am fully aware its a numbers game. Every No is 1 step closer to a Yes.
2. I can pitch Creative Real estate when it comes to straight Subto or Sell Fi, working on my hybrid pitch, try me.

I’m limited to select hours, therefore need to scale my limited hours to buy back my time and quit my job. Thoughts and Suggestions are welcome.
