Co living In Greater LA Area

 I’m looking at a property in greater LA (Burbank the closest airport). It’s a a bit of a desolate area that truckers pass through.

I’m thinking of having a co-living set up where I would rent to  truckers by the room. There’s also an adjacent empty lot where truckers can park their vehicles. 

Looking for a property manager who could manage this somewhat unique set up. Thanks in advance did any referrals !
