Exploring Financing Options for BRRRR Strategy -Possible Lenders

Hey everyone!

I’m currently in conversations with a company that funds real estate deals, and I’m actively exploring the best financing strategies to support future projects using the BRRRR method 🏚️🔨🏠

Right now, I’m looking to connect with:

-Hard money lenders
-Private money lenders
-Investors or companies familiar with BRRRR financing
-Anyone with insights on structuring deals for short-term rehab and long-term refinance success

My goal is to build solid partnerships and learn from those who’ve successfully used these strategies to scale their portfolio. Whether you’re a lender, an experienced investor, or someone who’s navigated this process before — I’d love to hear your thoughts and possibly work together.

?- What kind of terms should I look for in a hard money loan for BRRRR?
?- What’s the best way to position a property for refinance after rehab?
?- Any recommendations for lenders (local or nationwide) that understand BRRRR well?

Open to advice, referrals, or direct connections — feel free to DM me or drop a comment below if you’re open to chatting or working together.

Thanks in advance for your time and insight!
