I underwrite and source real estate deals across the U.S. primarily SFR and small multifamily and I'm looking to build partnerships with agents, investors, and operators who are actively working deals and want to move faster.

I don’t just send leads. I help run the backend: deal analysis, due diligence, and strategic targeting using data-driven methods. I use and build custom tools and templates to help partners underwrite volume, vet markets, and close smarter.

Here’s what I bring to the table:

  • Nationwide sourcing of SFR and 2–4 unit properties

  • Speed and scale on underwriting (cash flow, comps, risk flags, etc.)

  • Data-backed analysis using internal tools, rent analytics, and AI-supported research

  • Custom systems and templates built for agents and investor teams
