I want to gain hands-on experience in real estate wholesaling. While I have a basic understanding of the process, I haven’t fully applied myself yet. I’m based in DFW, with a civil engineering background, very good with Excel and other Microsoft programs.

I have some experience in land development, permitting, and have knowledge of environmental aspects. Also familiar with utilizing GIS data and aerial photography.

I am better with organizing and analyzing data as opposed to cold calling. I’m willing to work for small margins just to learn the business and gain experience. I can start immediately. Let me know if you’re open to connecting or know someone who might be.
