Looking for experienced Real Estate Attorney - Land Trusts/Wrap Arounds/LTO
Good day! I have been involved in the real estate investing market for 20 years, both actively and intermittently. During this time, I have flipped half a dozen houses, owned several long-term rental properties, and sold about 15 properties throughout my career. I am currently looking to buy property in Tennessee and need a strong attorney to partner with for contract assistance and general guidance. I am particularly interested in someone experienced with Illinois land trusts, lease-to-own agreements, seller financing, and wrap-around mortgages, as I am looking for a long-term solution.
