Im Richard. I flip 20-30 homes a year in DFW with my partner Shayne Hickey. We are looking to hire an exectutive assistant for the Hickey Real Estate Team to work in office 3 days a week (15-20hours)($20/hr). As well as 2 sales people for our software company to work 4 days a week in office ($12,000 base + commission). As well as someone who is a creative for FB ads, video content and other creatives to work 3 days a week in office (16-24hours)($20/hr).
