Excited to Join BP. Seeking Partners for Greater Boston Redevelopment Deals

Hey BP community šŸ‘‹ newish member here and excited to connect!

I’m Guy Shklar. My first career was as an architect, then I shifted into project management for developers — and over the years I’ve led 500,000+ sq ft of multifamily & mixed-use projects from first sketch to ribbon-cutting.

Right now, I’m hunting for redevelopment opportunities in MBTA Communities Act districts (currently focusing on Medford) and looking to team up with JV partners, GCs, architects, and other seasoned developers.

If you’re working on something in Greater Boston or have a project you think could use strong execution please drop me a comment.
