I’ve been studying new construction and want to partner with someone experienced on my first deal.

I’m working on finding and starting my first ground-up build project in the North Jersey area (Jersey City, Newark, Passaic County, Bergen County). I’m looking for a partner with new‑construction experience and who allows me to stay hands‑on to build my developer track record!
