Contractor Needed: Build Paved Patio + Pergola (Backyard Upgrade Project)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Looking to hire a reliable and experienced contractor to help upgrade my backyard with a paved patio and freestanding pergola. The project is located in Little Elm, TX, and I’d like to get started within the next few weeks.
Scope of Work:

Install a paved patio (approx. 14 ft x 14 ft; open to pavers, stamped concrete, or other recommended materials)

Build and install a pergola over part or all of the patio (preferably wood or composite; design recommendations welcome)
What I'm Looking For:

Proven experience with outdoor patio/pergola projects (portfolio or photos appreciated)

Ability to advise on materials and cost-effective options

Licensed/insured contractor preferred

Strong communication, timely execution, and clear estimates

Must be familiar with local permitting requirements (if applicable)
