Getting Started in Wholesaling in MD and NC areas

Hello everyone, I am just starting in real estate wholesaling no prior experience in the field but 31 years of admin and management experience and have always been a strong team player, I would love to support and any way I can to bring to the table for your valued time and benefit while also enriching my experiences to create a win-win for both of us. I am already learning how to build property lists, research for motivated sellers, and joining forms to enrich personal knowledge to get a better understanding to increase my skill level through knowledge and doing.

I’m currently focusing on MD the most and would love to connect with those open to JV partnerships or letting me support their needs in exchange for learning opportunities. Whether it’s helping manage leads, skip tracing, cold calling, or doing research, I’m reliable and ready to contribute.
