If a property is deemed lead hazard free in 2022, why do you need to pay the city of Cleveland to get it lead hazard certified again in 2024 if lead paint hasn't been made since 1978? Seems pretty fishy, but that's the city of Cleveland for you. Reach out to Pb Free Ohio to get your property lead hazard certified to keep Cleveland's shady bureaucrats off of your back.
