Hi, i’m an out-of-state investor looking for a licensed, insured, bonded General Contractor for a cosmetic-to-medium rehab in Indianapolis, IN. The property’s ready, and I’d like to start soon.

Scope: interior paint, flooring, kitchen/bath updates, light electrical & plumbing fixture changes, misc. repairs.
